Edible Beauty: Up Close and Personal with the Damask Rose Jam

Rose jams are absolutely splendid don’t you agree? 😋 👌 Did you know this sweet and fragrant jam is made only from damask roses? These roses aren’t those red valentine roses; nope, they have a soft pale pink colour and a subtle floral flavour. They  grow in certain areas in Iran Kashan Shiraz. As Iran’s national flower golmohammadi has a unique aroma that’s not found in any other rose species. Indeed it’s  rightfully called the flower of heaven 🌹
