We will accept the return of any product which is damaged in transit, or does not match the description of what you ordered. Should any damage have occurred we must be contacted via email: email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. We will then organise a replacement product be sent out to you or a refund provided, whichever you prefer.
Please note that we take every care in packaging your order so that it is not damaged. However, breakages do happen from time to time, especially when you’re dealing with jars and delicate boxes.
