The world has enjoyed sumptuous floral treats for centuries and in fact, you can find desserts using rose water throughout the Middle East. Premium Persian rose water has a delicate and gentle floral aroma and taste which can enhance a recipe’s sweetness or balance out tartier ingredients. Give creamy panna cotta another dimension. Elevate simple cupcakes and sheet cakes by using a few drops on your frosting. Top fresh fruits with rose water flavoured whipped cream. You can even reinvent staple favourites like a classic pavlova with a rose-y twist. Just remember, a little goes a long way to start with a few drops and build from there.
