What’s better than desserts? Well rose water flavoured desserts of course! The world has enjoyed sumptuous floral treats for centuries and in fact, you can find desserts using rose water throughout the Middle East. Premium Persian rose water has a delicate and gentle floral aroma and taste which can enhance a recipe’s sweetness or balance out tartier ingredients. Give creamy panna cotta another dimension. Elevate simple cupcakes and sheet cakes by using a few drops on your frosting. Top fresh fruits with rose water flavoured whipped cream. You can even reinvent staple favourites like a classic pavlova with a rose-y twist. Just remember, a little goes a long way to start with a few drops and build from there.
