Saffron and Cinnamon Daisy Recipe

  1. Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify the egg white and create a foam.
  2. Add ice and shake until very cold.
  3. Fine shake into a chilled Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few saffron threads.
